The inquiry form requires your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. “Launch Availability” is selected as the initial inquiry type, and you may change it before sending. This category expresses interest in future launch information; it is not an order, reservation, or deposit. You may also choose to provide your paddleboard brand and model, operating country, state, or region, and primary planned use. If you contact BluePropel directly by email, BluePropel receives the information and attachments you include in that email.

How we use inquiry information

• To respond to your question or request at the email address you provide.
• To understand potential paddleboard compatibility, operating region, and intended use.
• To ask for relevant follow-up details, such as board measurements or underside photographs, when needed for a compatibility conversation.
• To communicate product specifications, testing, availability, or launch information you requested.
• To evaluate retail, distribution, media, commercial, rental, or product-testing opportunities.
• To protect the website and inquiry process from misuse.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits and technical performance. Form submissions are delivered using FormSubmit. These providers may process technical and submission data needed to deliver their services and may apply their own privacy and security terms. BluePropel does not sell the personal information submitted through this website.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the related business conversation, maintain appropriate records, and address security or legal requirements. Optional form fields may be left blank. You may ask BluePropel to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.

Cookies and analytics

This static website does not use advertising cookies, customer accounts, or cross-site marketing trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate page-visit and browser performance measurements so we can understand whether the site works well across devices and improve it. The Cloudflare beacon is automatically added at the network edge and reports through this site's own /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. It does not provide BluePropel with a profile of an identified visitor, and inquiry-form content is not sent to Web Analytics.

Children

This website and the BluePropel ONE product inquiry process are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information through the inquiry form.
